The Operations Manager will be responsible for the Coordination and Supervision of various departments in the Club, evaluating and monitor the staff performance. Will assist in recruitment and placement of required staff; establishment of organizational structure; delegation of tasks and accountabilities.
Requisitos
• Fully Bilingual: English and Spanish (Advanced English).
• Available to work on Weekends and Holidays .
• Great Customer Service and Communication Skills.
• Integrity and Confidentiality.
• Initiative and adaptability.
• Detail oriented.
• Customer service experience.
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in Management and Operations is Preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point.
• Auditing and Inventory Experienced.
• Reside In or Close to Cap Cana.
